If you win any of our prize draws or competitions, it may be necessary to collect more detailed information about you in order to award your prize to you. You will be notified of this at the time we notify you that you have won a competition or prize draw.

We may need to request further information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Time limit to respond

We aim to respond to any legitimate requests within one calendar month. Occasionally it may take us longer than this if you have made several requests or your request is complex. In this case, we will notify you within one calendar month and will keep you regularly updated of your request.
