We also do not collect information about criminal convictions or offences.
We are entitled to collect the minimum amount of personal data needed to enable you to enter any prize draw and competition needed to allow us to run the promotion. If you win any of our prize draws or competitions, it may be necessary to collect more detailed information about you in order to award your prize to you. You will be notified of this at the time we notify you that you have won a competition or prize draw.

If you do not provide any information we request

Where we need to collect personal data from you to satisfy any legal requirement in law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data within a reasonable time when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter with you (including providing you with a prize you have won in a prize draw or competition). If you are a winner of any prize draw or competition you may be invited to participate in publicity relating to the competition. Your participation is not compulsory but would be appreciated by us. If you do not wish to participate in any promotion of this type, your chances of winning will not be affected in any way.

Paying a fee to exercise your legal rights

YOu do not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any legal right you have in relation to your personal data). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What we may require from you

We may need to request further information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Time limit to respond

We aim to respond to any legitimate requests within one calendar month. Occasionally it may take us longer than this if you have made several requests or your request is complex. In this case, we will notify you within one calendar month and will keep you regularly updated of your request.
